The Mill has been tastefully restored and retains the original machinery employed to produce Olive oil from three water wheels, one of which is located under the Mill in a historic network of subterranean water tunnels.
We offer 3 large sized en-suite bedrooms, which combine the charm of old beams and stone walls with the modern comfort of 4 star accommodation (Enterprise grade WiFi, Flat screen TV, mini refrigerator, tea/coffee facilities, safe, bath & shower ..)
We also propose 2 independent high quality apartments within the Mill, each with well equipped kitchen, 1 large bedroom each (the larger apartment has a second bedroom) and a living/dining space.
The extensive grounds of the Mill offer imposing views into the pre-Alps and surrounding Provencale countryside. The gardens include a vineyard, olive trees, stone restanques, a luxurious zero-chlorine infinity swimming pool and a second discreet 'endless' swimming pool both carefully integrated into their surroundings. Situated on the west side of Grasse in the "Quartier Sainte Anne", the Mill can easily be reached by motorway from Nice Airport (30 min) and from Cannes (20 min). Restaurants, convenience shops (bakery, fishmonger, market, wine store..) and a choice of supermarkets may all be found within less than 5 minutes by car.
The environment is absolutely peaceful, surrounded by nature itself with the constant sound of flowing water through our ancient stone water canals.
