Self-contained luxury holiday apartments in "Moulin Sainte Anne", a breathtaking, genuine early 18th century olive oil Mill.

The Mill has been tastefully restored and retains the original machinery employed to produce Olive oil from three water wheels, one of which is located under the Mill in a historic network of subterranean water tunnels.

We propose independent high quality apartments within the property, each with well equipped kitchen, large bedroom each (some apartments have a second bedroom) and a living/dining space. Our accommodation combines the charm of old beams and stone walls with the modern comfort of 4 star accommodation (modern air conditioning, enterprise grade WiFi with fibre Internet speeds, Flat screen TV & DVD players, modern appliances, safe, ..)

The extensive grounds of the Mill offer imposing views into the pre-Alps and surrounding Provencale countryside. The gardens include a vineyard, olive trees, stone restanques, a luxurious zero-chlorine infinity swimming pool, outdoor jacuzzi and a second discreet swimming pool both carefully integrated into their surroundings. Situated on the west side of Grasse in the "Quartier Sainte Anne", the Mill can easily be reached by motorway from Nice Airport (30 min) and from Cannes (20 min). Restaurants, convenience shops (bakery, fishmonger, market, wine store..) and a choice of supermarkets may all be found within less than 5 minutes by car.

The environment is absolutely peaceful, surrounded by nature itself with the constant sound of flowing water through our ancient stone water canals.
